Having six decorated feet and scalloped edge mirror; pattern introduced in 1880; pattern #5632; marked “Tiffany & Co., Sterling Silver”; the plateau appears to be constructed with a mirror cemented to the brass backing that holds a beveled piece of glass at the surface
