Three examples including an amber colored octagonal lidded vase having ring handles suspended from taotie masks with archaistic dragon and seal script carvings, an olive green lidded and footed bowl having a procession of mythic beasts in panels separated by Shang style masks, the lid having scroll and lotus carving surmounted by three figures kneeling behind taotie masks, an olive green lidded vase having partially reticulated floral carving and bird shaped lid; together with a red splashed celadon nephrite jade lidded tripod vessel having ring handles suspended from foo dog masks, legs rising to additional masks and surmounted by the lid having a foo dog finial; property from a Highland Park, Illinois collector
