(2) items including a table-top screen carved in deep relief depicting scholars under a tree in a forest landscape; bordered by a scrolling foliate motif and framed in a key pattern; with a carved stand having two thick scrolled feet, flanked by a foliate pattern posts; and a small trinket box relief carved with a floral motif and a quartz center stone; together with a book in a sleeve titled “Masterpieces of Chinese Carved Lacquer Ware in the National Palace Museum”
