(5) items including a sketchbook having ink signed cover and front end paper, figure studies in pencil, ink and ink wash on both sides of each page, from the artist’s studies at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1947, (3) unframed pen and ink on watercolor paper depictions of architecture including “Rochester Castle” and a depiction of a capitol building, both signed lower right and an unsigned study of a classical style entrance, as well as a signed lower right gouache on paper depiction of a Melanesian canoe paddle design, loose drawings in protective sleeves, accompanied by informational sheets
