Appraisals
Leonard Auction has provided our comprehensive and certified appraisal services to banks, law firms, trust and estate professionals, heirs and private clients. Our appraisers are members of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and the Appraisers Association of America (AAA). Leonard Auction’s team of specialists and professional staff bring years of experience to each appraisal ensuring that you have a complete and reliable report. Our reports are compliant with the latest Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) to ensure that the report meets or exceeds the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines of a “qualified appraisal.”
Fees for appraisals are generally billed on an hourly basis at $250 per hour with travel time billed at half rate.
