Paint on silk, bound to paper and brocade silk, having maker mark, underside lower right corner inscribed in English reads ‘1/1/56 Japan by Kanai Ushu’, depicting mountain landscape and fishermen in boats; together with wood dowels and original wood storage box
Condition: Good, light staining, creases, cracks and tearing, scroll detached from dowels, scroll reattached to the upper dowel using clear tape, wood box having clear tape on one end
