Possibly dated ‘1/99’ lower right, signed lower right, reverse painted on an acrylic panel depicting the Chicago skyline and traffic in bold colors and pattern
Condition: Good, 1-inch repair mark on the acrylic panel at lower right corner, small crack on the acrylic panel at lower left, light scratches on panel surface; frame warped, gaped corner on lower left and upper right, chipped wood on the lower right frame corner, wear on frame; not examined out of the frame
