Carey and I. Lea, Philadelphia 1827; ‘Amerique Septentrionale’ from ‘Atlas Universel Illustre’ by V. Levasseur, Paris, 1856; and ‘Chicago in 1779’ by R. Varin, pencil signed lower right and #61/125 lower left, bird’s-eye view published in 1930

Condition: Very Good to Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use; Cary 1805 having toning at edges and along vertical central crease; Yeager having toning, some spotting, wear and short tears at central fold; ‘Amerique’ toned, mat-burned and having repairs at upper left corner of sheet and lower left corner of map; ‘Chicago in 1779’ toned and mat-burned
