Tiffany Studios Patinated Bronze Base with Leaded Glass Pomegranate Shade
c.1910, leaded glass shade having green and white panels with amber and cream pomegranate design towards the lower edge; shade marked ‘Tiffany Studios New York’ on the inside rim; diameter of shade is 16-inches; c.1895 patinated 3-prong bronze library base impressed ‘Tiffany Studios New York 29729’, ‘T.G.D. Co.’ and etched ‘4640’ on the underside; together with a heat cap. Leonard Auction would like to thank Mr. Philip Chasen for his expertise and assistance in identifying this piece

Condition: Very Good, several panels having straw marks; a pomegranate having a crack and another having a chip only noticeable from the inside; one arm possibly bent; sockets and wiring replaced; base having green patina and spots of white paint; shade not a snug fit to base; working when tested
