(2) pieces including a battle scene depicting a foot soldier attempting to dismount a samurai while (2) other soldiers lunge towards them, having (2) Japanese inscriptions upper right and lower right quadrants including red circular chop seal; and a scene depicting (2) geisha facing each other while one is behind a sheer screen, having (2) Japanese inscriptions upper and lower left quadrants; both double matted, behind glass in black tone wood frames including decorative brass brackets to facilitate hanging

Condition: Very Good to Good, overall light wear consistent with age, medium and normal use; samurai having slight waviness to paper throughout; samurai having very small area of surface lifting revealing non-printed paper beneath on tail of horse, upper left quadrant; samurai having occasional, very light toning; no other condition issues to artwork noted; samurai mat having toning and moisture damage emanating from bottom edge; light to mild wear to frames including areas of flaking finish on samurai frame
