(2) items including a 1701 court document signed ‘Elisha Cooke, Samuel Sewall and John Walley’ lower right and ‘Sheriff William Gedney’ on reverse, ink on laid paper having two wax seals, along with a typewritten transcription (10.875 by 8.625-inches) and a copy of a Massachusetts deed dated 1661 (the date indicates this cannot be signed by Thomas Morton or Josiah Cotton) possibly registered in the 18th century by Josiah Cotton, ink on laid paper
