1816, unsigned, (2) watercolors depicting buildings, titled ‘Royal Exchange’ and ‘Sadler’s Wells’; ‘Sadler’s Wells’ in a silver frame; both mounted on board
Height: 8 1/8 inches, Width: 11 inches (painting sight)
Frame Size: 13 3/8 inches by 17 inches
Condition: Very Good to Fair, light dirt accumulation; both having dirt smudges, minor creases, tears, small missing pieces and bends around edges; ‘Royal Exchange’ having (3) dark brownish spots on painting, mat board having lower left corner torn off, 2.5-inch tear on right side and other tears and damage
