19th century, Scheibe-Alsbach Company, depicting the 1810 royal wedding of Napoleon I and Austrian princess Marie Louise, carriage attended by two footmen, two drivers and a guard, inscribed on base ‘Voiture de Mariage de Napoleon I’
Condition: Good, light dirt accumulation, the driver missing the whip, a horse having repaired head / mane, missing ear; no other chips or cracks noted
