Ten items, 1923, printed signature each lower right, each item consisting of an illustration depicting a scene of sports and leisure activities on one sheet, the lyrics to an accompanying song on a separate sheet below, pulled from ‘Sports et Divertissements’ book of 21 piano songs by Eric Satie and illustrated by Charles Martin, including ‘Bain de Mer’, ‘Les Quatre Coin’, ‘Feu d’Artifice’, ‘Yachting’, ‘Traineau’, ‘Les Courses’, ‘Le Golf’, ‘La Chasse’, ‘La Peche’ and ‘Water-Chute’, each mounted floating in a metal frame under glass; property from a Highland Park, Illinois collector
Condition: Very Good to Good, toning at edges of each sheet; fading overall; accretion to upper margin of ‘Les Quatre Coins’ stain to upper right margin of ‘Traineau’; scuff to glass only of ‘Le Golf’; spot to lower right margin of ‘La Peche’; not examined out of the frames
