Condition: Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use; patio having mounting screws up through the underside on front preventing one facade side from opening; vertical chip with loss to left facade side; backside walkway having loose and dislodged pillars; baseboard edges having wear with paint loss; brass title plate on base loose; electrical working but we cannot guarantee operation or longevity; structure not affixed to platform
