Blade having engraving on one side; silver tone blade collar cast in a Flower of Life design; dragon motifs in relief on the top side of the cast metal guard; ocean waves and Mt. Fuji motifs in relief on underside; first seppa having dragon motif in cast metal relief; dragon motif on kashira in cast metal relief; black woven cotton wrapped handle; black leather wrapped wooden scabbard having an engraved dragon motif on both sides; tip of scabbard having a low relief dragon turtle motif in cast metal; together with a black and white photograph of two men wearing American military uniforms
Condition: Very Good, overall light to heavy wear consistent with age and normal use; rayskin on handle is cracked lengthwise through the center on one side, guard loose; scabbard having moderate scratches, chips and cracks; not checked for replacement parts
