Stoneware storage jar having an unidentified incised mark to the underside; together with a Chinese earthenware ‘Gunpowder’ Yuan / Ming storage jar in heavy clay with crackled pale green Qinbai glaze; unusually heavy at 3.5 pounds
Condition: Very Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use; repaired chip at rim of brown pot; a small spider crack noted in the glaze just below the shoulder of beige pot and cracks at base consistent with ware production; no other chips or cracks noted
Height: 12.00 inches, Diameter: 8.00 inches (brown pot widest)
