Dated possibly 1865, signed lower right, depicting what appears to be a fishing fleet off a rugged coast, in a painted wood frame and having a name placard ‘W. Bradford’

Condition: inspected under UV light, repaired tear center left, areas of inpainting along upper center, right, left edges and lower right quadrant, craquelure overall, tacked canvas, light dirt accumulation, frame having nicks, chips and missing paint
