1989, signed lower right and again in felt tip on the stretcher giving title and date, depicting netting of fish by lantern light, float mounted in a wood frame, illustrated on page 112 of ‘David Bates’ by Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth in association with Scala Publishers, accompanied by a custom fitted crate
