Pegged construction, folding along the diagonal of the square top having satinwood inlay chess board at center and playing cards in circles at truncated corners, supported on floral inlaid square tapered legs, two of which swing out from the center support affixed to the other legs which fold on hinges against folded top

Condition: overall moderate wear consistent with normal use, occasional short cracks, dents and scratches, lifting and repair of inlaid border around chess board, hinges replaced causing misalignment of inlaid cards at fold of top, cracks and repairs at ends of top boards at fold where brass table hinges are attached, repair using new wood to a swing leg support
