(2) works each signed and dated lower right including 1969 portrait ‘Signora Mella Stamza’ (Lady on a Chair) and 1968 still life ‘Peperone Aperto’ (Open Pepper), each retaining a Guildhall Galleries, Chicago label having artist information and title as well as a House of Heydenryk, New York frame label to verso, in distressed wood frames

Condition: Very Good, overall light wear, each having occasional stretcher marks visible coinciding with areas of slight unevenness to canvas from which isolated areas of fine craquelure emanate, without flaking or losses, light dirt accumulation, paintings blacklight well without any noted indications of inpainting, light wear to frames (mostly intentional)
