Burnished red ware vessel having a spout at the tail and pierced ears; and ceramic human vessel having studded shoulders and adornment around neck, manganese deposits
Provenance: The Estate of George ‘Yorgo’ Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000

Condition: Good, overall light to moderate wear consistent with normal use; animal having head reattached, chip at spout, manganese and soil deposits; human having (2) chips to back of head, cracks forming on back side, mineral deposits; dirt / debris accumulation
