(2) undated items including signed on top, Chicago brown stone having relief sculptures on the sides and top; and signed on side, a store front having the address of 1645 and name painted on window, a sign hanging by front door and ‘The Nix’ sign on second floor; both handmade and individually cast having hand painted details
