c.1914 (67) piece set of gilt-rimmed white from Jean Pouyat, all marked ‘JPL France’, including a (12) 9.75-inch dinner plates, (12) 7.50-inch salad plates, (12) 6.25-inch bread and butter plates, (12) cups, (14) 5.875-inch saucers, 10.75-inch tall coffee pot, a 12.75-inch long oval lidded serving bowl, an 11.50-inch long oval platter, a 13.875-inch long oval serving bowl, a 10-inch oval serving bowl, all having a dated 1914 hand-painted gift inscription to undersides; together with unmarked gilt cream and open sugar having a dated 1924 hand-painted gift inscription and an unmarked gilt on white 2-compartment handled serving tray

Condition: Very Good to Good, a 7.50-inch plate having a chip on underside of rim; no other chips or cracks noted; (2) 7.50-inch plates and a saucer having small black smudges to undersides from hand-painted inscriptions; occasional small gilt smudges to undersides near rims; light wear to gilt on 2-compartment serving tray
