Vuillaume Violin, Bows and Case
4/4 size violin bearing inside label ‘VUILLAUME Rue de Croix de Petites’ having a figured maple back, figured maple sides, spruce top, a warm light brown varnish and removable chin piece; with a hard case having (2) bows with (1) signed ‘Wenzel’ having an ebony frog with mother of pearl inlays, 28.5-inches long and the other unsigned, 26-inches long
Height: 14 inches, Width: 8 inches, Depth: 1 1/2 inches (23-inches with neck)
Condition: Good, moderate wear, apparent break on peg box having been repaired, some cracks on lower body under f-holes; (2) fine tuner knobs missing and (2) replaced; scratches, scuffs, nicks overall; chin piece having rust; both bows showing wear, chips scratches; case having heavy wear
