(8) items including a gold brocade table runner embroidered in yellow, green and russet hues having gold-toned metallic thread highlights, accompanied by a parchment-paper sheet having printed heading ‘Russian Imperial Exhibit’ and dated 1933 typewritten description and identification as ‘Article No. X 5183’ with a printed bottom line reading ‘From the Hammer Collection at Marshall Field’s & Company, Chicago, Illinois’; a pictorial brocade panel rubber-stamped ‘Made in Belgium’ on reverse; a Chinese polychrome and gold-tone metallic thread embroidery on red silk depiction of auspicious objects, behind glass in a gold-toned wood frame; an embroidered depiction of a pheasant and flowers in russet and yellow hues having gold-tone and black, matted in patterned silk behind glass in a wood frame having brass corner mounts and patterned silk reverse; an embroidered depiction of figures in a landscape on blue silk matted in patterned silk behind glass in a wood frame; (2) embroidered panels bearing paper and foil labels on reverses reading ‘Made in the People’s Republic of China’; a Japanese polychrome and metallic thread embroidered panel employing the hakata-ori technique having original box and informational insert
