(2) prints including ‘Divan Japonais’ (Volume 1, plate 2) and ‘Moulin Rouge: La Goulue’ (Volume 3, plate 122) pulled from the portfolio of 256 smaller-format posters edited by Jules Cheret and published by Chaix, each having a printed signature, blindstamp lower right and to the lower margin ‘Imprimerie Chaix’ and ‘Les Maitres de l’Affiche’ including plate numbers, each matted in a gilt wood frame under acrylic

Condition: Very Good, toning / mat burn to each; stain to upper right margin of ‘Divan Japonais’ under mat; crease to lower left corner of same; a spot to the right margin at lower quadrant of ‘Moulin Rouge’ under mat
