(5) items including a Victorian Swedish example bound in velvet and having brass mounts and closure, containing (6) pages for 4-inch by 6-inch portraits and (12) pages holding (39) cartes de visite, some military and other portraits having the atelier marks of photographers of Malmo, Lund, Landskrona and other cities; (2) 20th century albums housing typical examples of vernacular photography ranging from early rural South Dakota scenes to color snapshots c.1970; an empty Victorian album having (24) gilt-edged pages in an imprinted celluloid decorative binding; together with a notebook having an Art Nouveau decorative binding and titled ‘Poesie’, having another small notebook laid in, both containing early 20th century Swedish language signed and dated entries in varied hands
