(After) Rembrandt van Rijn (Dutch, 1606-1669) ‘The Good Samaritan’ Etching with Drypoint

Published 1633, unsigned, on laid paper trimmed within plate line, apparently early impression pulled before cross-hatching of horse tail and having rich, dark burr, but probably from later plate by Armand Durand; depicting the final scene in the parable of the Good Samaritan; together with the backing sheet to which it was once attached along with an incorrect label
