Undated, signed lower right, impressionistic depiction of rolling farmland and trees; painted wood frame; together with unknown artist (American, 20th Century) pastel on cardboard seascape, undated, unsigned, depicting waves crashing on a rocky coast, matted and framed behind acrylic

Frame Size: 20 inches by 24 inches
Condition: Very Good to Good, no damage to art noted; light dirt accumulation; frame having chipping paint; pastel art had slipped down behind mat, rectified during inspection for signature, leaving 0.75-inch wide band of damaged surface along top edge, 0.5-inch remains visible; wear to frame
