(4) undated items including Gerald Leslie Brockhurst (British, 1890-1978) ‘The Two Melisandes’ signed lower right margin, depicting a young woman holding an infant, matted and framed under glass, gallery label en verso; Joseph Pennell (American, 1857-1926) ‘Kensington Gardens’, signed lower margin at center, depicting statuary and trees in a garden scene, matted and framed under glass; Raphael Soyer (American, 1899-1987), signed lower right margin, #35/85 lower left margin, depicting a nude figure study, matted in a gilt wood frame under glass, Phyllis Kind Gallery label en verso; and Charles Bertaut landscape on japon paper, signed lower right margin, matted and framed under glass
