c.1935, signed lower right, depicting a still life composition of a Chinese figurine, horse and vase, backed with linen, in a painted wood frame; provenance: purchased from Findlay Gallery, Chicago, Illinois in 1947; the sister work, acquired at the same time, was sold at Hindman Auctions, May 24, 2018, lot #114; exhibited November, 1935, Grand Central Art Galleries, New York; letters from the artist and exhibition catalogs are included
Condition: Very Good, frame rubbing at edges; chips and wear to frame; not examined out of the frame
