Three items including Richard Fayerweather Babcock (American, 1887-1954) ‘Belmont Harbor’ undated, signed en verso, and two examples attributed to Karl C. Brandner (American, 1898-1961) undated, unsigned, both having an estate stamp en verso, one also stamped on the front depicting a portrait of a woman and an unfinished study of a house
Condition: Very Good to Good, surface abrasions near top and right edges and to right of boat, moisture stains visible on reverse of Babcock; surface flaking to portrait, moderate soil and signs of insect damage en verso of house study by Brandner; light to moderate dirt accumulation to all; all unframed
