Three items including plate signed ‘L. A. Shaffer’ lower right ‘Invest in Liberty Loan’ produced by W.F. Powers Litho Co and Niagara Litho depicting a ship coming into harbor; a ‘National Enrollment’ with images of Presidents Wilson, Washington and Lincoln; and a plate signed ‘John Norton’ middle right ‘Liberty Bonds’ depicting bloody German boots produced by Stonebridge Litho
Condition: Good, overall light to moderate wear consistent with age and normal use, ‘Invest’ missing pieces on upper right and center left margin, overall tape marks, 2.5-inch tear on left side, 3-inch tear on center bottom, 3-inch tear on center right; ‘National Enrollment’ having some water damage along top edge, creasing overall, foxing along lower edge instructions; ‘Bonds’ 2-inch tear on upper center margin, creasing over all; not examined out of the frames; not mounted on fabric backing, can be removed from frames for shipping; we cannot guarantee the condition after rolling
