English Battersea Enamel Candlesticks
Two candlesticks having cobalt ground with painted floral and landscape vignettes, gilt accents and removable bobeches
Condition: Good, light wear consistent with age and normal use; one candlestick having cracked enamel that is pulling away from structure at the base, an area of missing enamel at the top beneath the bobech, enamel cracks at base of stem, cracks / scratches to vignettes with a small amount of enamel loss to one and a small amount of enamel loss on underside; the other candlestick having some enamel cracking at the base of the stem, a small amount of enamel loss on one side of the base and missing metal trim at bottom
