Five examples of salt glaze crockery having cobalt blue slip decoration, including a baluster form open handled jar and three other crocks all with free-hand decoration and a cylindrical example having a secondary lip for supporting a lid and stenciled decoration
Condition: Very Good, glaze flaws and surface irregularities typical of these wares; cylindrical crock having minor chipping to interior of lip; no other chips or cracks noted; overall light wear consistent with age and normal use; please note: this lot came from a smoking house and a slight odor may be present
