Marti & Co. inside behind gong; footed base, red granite accents and porcelain face; including a pendulum and a key; decorations including two female nudes at left and right sides; a female portrait at lower center front; three eagle figures on crown; leafy garlands and flowers throughout; label on face inscribed ‘E. Schmoll F 80 Rue Turenne Paris’
Condition: Very Good, overall light wear consistent with age and normal use; tarnish; dirt accumulation; chip in glass near top of rear door; door fits snuggly as you push up and close; manufacturer flaw where bronze garland meets right hip of female figure on left; mechanism overwound; not tested; we cannot guarantee the operation, accuracy or longevity; not inspected for replacement parts
