Hill Co., New York, 1901; unpaginated, with three pages of ads at rear; second printing, with ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’ listed in ads; pictorial gray cloth; top edge of text block gilt; illustrated in black and white by Ike Morgan, Harry Kennedy and N. P. Hall; tile page and borders by Ralph Fletcher; ‘The Sea Fairies’, Reilly & Britton, 1911, first edition, first binding; and ‘The Enchanted Island of Yew’, Bobbs-Merrill, 1903, first edition, second state with correct illustration on page 238
