Three prints displayed in paper presentation frames; penciled notes on prints identify works as colored woodblock prints of kabuki actors attributed to Sharaku; including a handwritten description concerning the works; image of actor reading a document commonly known as ‘Shinozuka Uraeimon as the announcer at Miyako-za’; image of actor with a hand fan commonly known as ‘Sawamura Sojuro III as Ogishi Kurando; image of two men commonly known as ‘Nakajima Wadaemon (R) and Nakamura Konozo (L) as Chozaemon and Kanagawaya no Gon (respectively)

Condition: Very Good, light wear due to age; paper presentation frames having minor tears and discoloration due to age; actor reading a document glued to paper frame at top edge; actor with hand fan having crease in upper left hand corner; minor dirt accumulation; date and location of printing process unknown
