Condition: Very Good, light craquelure overall, most notable in the upper right and lower left corners; some light chipping, mostly contained to the edges; light over paintings in the sky above the buildings; a few tiny stains in the sky; pinhole by the artist; light paint wear and chipping to the frame; not examined out of the frame
