Having 4-ply stacked leather construction, cut-out foot holes and star, heart and flower shapes, all edges having nail-head trim, initials ‘M’ and ‘B’ outlined in nail heads (for Manuel Barriquera) flanking foot hole and nail head ‘Anno 1946’ at lower edge, suspended from buckled leather straps
