(2) items including Legros (French / British, 1837-1911) ‘Death in the Pear Tree’, c.1874, signed lower right margin, depicting an old man being greeted by the grim reaper, matted and unframed; and Muller-Baumgarten (1879-1964, German) ‘Which was the Fool, the Sage, the Beggar or the King?’, undated, signed lower right margin, framed under glass

Provenance: The Estate of George ‘Yorgo’ Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000
