Provenance: The Estate of George ‘Yorgo’ Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000

Height: 15 3/8 inches, Width: 12 1/4 inches (Madonna and Child, with oklad (larger))
Condition: Good to Fair, overall light to moderate wear consistent with age, material and normal use; Christ having craquelure throughout resulting in some pigment loss overall and sight panel separation on back; Madonna and Child lacking a horizontal stabilizer; both oklads having some oxidation, finish thinning and occasional dents throughout; dirt / debris accumulation
