(3) total items including Berry’s two-sheet “North America Divided into its Principall Parts” published in London in 1681 which depicts California as an island and the two-sheet “South America Divided into its Principall Parts” published in London, 1680, both hand colored, uniformly behind glass in wood frames; together with a hand colored “Nova Hispania et Nova Galicia” after Willem Janszoon Blaeu (Dutch, 1571-1638) depicting Mexico, behind glass in a wood frame

Condition: both Berry maps having short tears and wear along vertical center folds, occasional short tears at edges, creases, toning, occasional discoloration, some fading of colors, "North America" having repaired tears at all corners, "South America" having a repaired puncture to the right of cartouche, light soil to bottom edge, the Blaeu having discoloration and stray creases at center fold, creases at left corners, waviness to paper at top edge, some hand coloring darkened, light stains near left edge, all frames having light wear, both Berry maps having short tears and wear along vertical center folds, occasional short tears at edges, creases, toning, occasional discoloration, some fading of colors, "North America" having repaired tears at all corners, "South America" having a repaired puncture to the right of cartouche, light soil to bottom edge, the Blaeu having discoloration and stray creases at center fold, creases at left corners, waviness to paper at top edge, some hand coloring darkened, light stains near left edge, all frames having light wear
