These SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications provided by Leonard Auction, Inc. (“Leonard Auction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Leonard Auction offers SMS and MMS communications to assist customers, bidders, consignors, prospective consignors, and other individuals interacting with Leonard Auction.
Messages may include customer-service communications, responses to inquiries, account and bidder assistance, auction-related information, consignment and property-evaluation communications, appointment information, purchase information, pickup and shipping coordination, payment-related communications, and other communications relating to services you request from Leonard Auction.
Customers may also use MMS to send photographs or other media to Leonard Auction when appropriate.
You may opt in to SMS/MMS communications by providing affirmative consent through a Leonard Auction website form or by initiating SMS contact through a Leonard Auction telephone number where SMS messaging is offered.
By opting in, you authorize Leonard Auction to send SMS and/or MMS messages to the telephone number you provide regarding your inquiry, account, transaction, or requested services.
Consent to receive SMS/MMS communications is not a condition of purchasing property, consigning property, participating in an auction, or otherwise doing business with Leonard Auction.
Message frequency varies depending upon your interactions with Leonard Auction and the nature of your inquiry, account, transaction, or requested service.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your wireless service plan. Leonard Auction is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
You may opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Leonard Auction text message.
After you submit a STOP request, Leonard Auction may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
You will not receive additional SMS/MMS messages through that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

SMS/MMS availability may depend upon your wireless carrier, device, location, and service plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected through our SMS/MMS program is handled in accordance with the Leonard Auction Privacy Policy.
Leonard Auction does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing Leonard Auction’s messaging services.
We may use service providers as necessary to operate our SMS/MMS communications, provided that such providers process information on behalf of Leonard Auction and not for their own independent marketing purposes.
Leonard Auction may modify these SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or messaging program.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown above.
