We may retain photographs, property descriptions, valuations, and related records as part of our business records and, for property accepted for auction, may use appropriate photographs and descriptions in auction catalogs, marketing, archival records, and sale-result information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
