(2) items each depicting a horse in front of a fence having a vast landscape in the background; including a British School oil on canvas dated 1883, signed ‘E. M. F.’ and dated lower right, having Marshall Fields label en verso; and an undated oil on panel signed ‘Beiley’ (possibly name of horse) lower left; gold tone wood frames

Condition: Very Good, overall light wear consistent with age and normal use; oil on canvas having faint stretcher marks throughout, craquelure overall without any cupping or flaking noted, (2) scuffs with minimal pigment loss, lower right quadrant, few small accretions throughout; no condition issues noted to oil on panel; light dirt accumulation; light wear to frames
