(2) items including a table-top screen carved in deep relief depicting scholars under a tree in a forest landscape; bordered by a scrolling foliate motif and framed in a key pattern; with a carved stand having two thick scrolled feet, flanked by a foliate pattern posts; and a small trinket box relief carved with a floral motif and a quartz center stone; together with a book in a sleeve titled ‘Masterpieces of Chinese Carved Lacquer Ware in the National Palace Museum’

Condition: Good, Moderate wear, screen having some chips to lacquer, wood missing lower left frame, feet having minor chips; stand having a chip to wood on left leg, right corner and key border; possibly glued into place on left side; box having chip to corner and border around quartz broken, stone loose; book sleeve having minor scuffs, scrapes and corner wear, plastic coating peeling
