Large carved sperm whale having original paint, teeth and red painted mouth; incised stamped signature on the reverse; provenance: P&R Garthoeffner Antiques & Art, Lititz, Pennsylvania, March 18, 2018; together with a hand painted goose wall hanging and a hand carved rooster signed on base
Condition: Good, moderate wear, whales fin broken (included), wood cracked under jaw, goose neck repaired with dowel, small chips and paint missing; please note: this lot came from a smoking house and a slight odor may be present
