A cased clock by an influential member of a group of Quaker clockmakers from the Hingham and Hanover area, having a painted Roman numeral dial signed ‘Joshua Wilder / Hingham’, skeleton hands, single key port, brass movement stamped ‘32463’, cast brass pendulum weight on wood drop, single weight, in a Georgian style mahogany case likely produced by Weymouth cabinetmaker Abiel White, having broken arch pediment, sidelights to bonnet, elongated shell carving on shaped door flanked by reeded columns
